Membership of the LanaOnLine points collection is completely free and is open to all customers registered on the lanaonline.it site.

Users will be automatically entered into the points collection program when registering on the site, accepting the terms and conditions of use of the site.

COLLECTION

The points collection is divided into four thresholds that are identified on the basis of purchases made by October 9 of each year. Customers will always keep the threshold reached or will be automatically added to the higher one based on their purchases.

POINTS THRESHOLD

Cotton

For all customers registered on the LanaOnline website.

Cotton customers will get 1 LanaOnLine point for every euro of non-discounted products purchased on the site.

Wool

For customers who have made total purchases from 151 to 300 euros by 9 October of each year.

Wool customers will get 1.25 LanaOnLine points for every euro of non-discounted products purchased on the site.

Merino

For customers who made total purchases from 301 to 1,000 by October 9 of each year.

Merino customers will get 1.5 LanaOnLine points for every euro of non-discounted products purchased on the site.

Cashmere

For customers who have made total purchases of over € 1,000 by October 9 of each year.

Cachemire customers will get 1.75 LanaOnLine points for every euro of non-discounted products purchased on the site.

EXCLUSION FROM SCORING

Discounted products do not contribute to the determination of the cumulative score and the achievement of the thresholds indicated above.

Shipping / delivery costs do not contribute to the determination of the cumulative score and the achievement of the thresholds indicated above. In addition to the above, specific initiatives and / or variations may possibly be implemented on the site within the terms indicated from time to time.

In any case, LanaOnLine will take care to adequately specify the terms and requirements of the initiative.

CONVERSION OF POINTS

All points represent a potential credit for subsequent purchases: 50 points are worth 1 euro discount.

Once the minimum number of points identified according to their category (Cotton, Wool, Merino, Cachemire) has been reached, it will be possible to convert the points into discount vouchers to be used on the next purchase, with a minimum order also linked to the category of belonging.

The accumulated points have a duration of 365 days.

INVITE YOUR FRIENDS AND GET EXTRA POINTS

Invite your friends to subscribe to the LanaOnLine points collection, you will earn 25 extra points for each new friend registered. Also, when your friend places his first order you will receive an additional 25 points.

1 - Crediting of points

Points are credited for each purchase. Points are calculated on the basis of the points threshold to which you belong reached through purchases made by October 9 of each year.

2 - Use of points

Collect the points and reach the minimum threshold for your category (Cotton, Wool, Merino, Cachemire). Later you will simply have to convert them into discount coupons. Go to the points management page to convert them. For example, for the first 100 points collected you will get € 2 discount.

The credited points expire after 365 days; after the expiration you will not be able to convert them anymore.

3 - Extra points

Invite your friends and get extra points. Each new friend registered on the site will allow you to get 25 extra points. Each friend's first purchase will earn you others 25 extra points.
