Paint Sock , not only socks!

Are you already familiar with Paint Sock from Laines Du Nord, the mulesing-free and chlorine-free yarn made in Italy for a variety of uses?

Very innovative, with its multicolour print and "painted effect" colour pattern that develops automatically during knitting, the Paint Sock yarn is designed to make very warm, perfectly symmetrical socks, but it is also ideal for stoles and shawls, as we have the pleasure of showing you!

A special treat: for socks, there is a different coloured piece of yarn (white) inside the ball of yarn which tells you where to start the second sock so that it will be absolutely identical to the first one!

The pattern is young, classic, versatile, elegant, refined and the work is developed laterally from the tip with a ribbed edge with two-tone brioche stitch in alternation of shaved knit and tie stitch.  

The ribbing and the tie stitch make the shawl perfectly and completely reversible.

The size and dimensions can be altered as more or less repeats of the pattern can be made.

The dimensions of this design are 218 cm in total opening length and 104 cm in width measuring from the centre point after blocking.
