HOW TO BUY GIFT CARDS

Buying one or more GIFT CARDS is very simple: access directly from the Home page - - GIFT CARDS-, select one or more cards among the different amounts available and add them to your cart. Confirm the order and from your customer account, you can indicate all the details of the recipient of your wonderful gift!

PERSONALIZE YOUR GIFT CARD

In your account lanaonline, select My Gift Cards. Find the list of all the gift cards you have purchased. Only from the moment the payment has been accepted, you can configure your GIFT CARD.
Select Configure and enter:

Name of the Donor (DA)
Name of the Receiver (A)
Text (optional): Personalize your gift with a message for the occasion.

Now you can choose whether to send your gift by email or deliver it personally:

e-mail: select SEND and enter the recipient's e-mail address. You can send NOW or select a date for postponing.
personally: DOWNLOAD and print the pdf of the GIFT CARD: you can deliver it directly from your hands!

DURATION AND USE OF THE GIFT CARD

The Gift Card is valid for one year. To use it, at the cart summary, enter the code of the GIFT CARD in the space "do you have a discount code?". If the amount of the GIFT CARD is higher than the amount of your order, don't worry: you can reuse the card with the remaining amount.
